Talon

Talon is one of the few major docks outside of the city of Naviri's limits. The town is not floating like most Navirian docks — because of the constant storms lashing the coast, its bases are solidly anchored below the sand. It is run through by many waterfalls, most of which are used to activate huge water-powered hammers in their forges. Talon produces most of the raw materials used for building floating houses in Naviri.
