Coral Guards

Naviri also has its share of dark corners, dark dealings, and dark characters. While Tidal Blades patrol the Fold and outer reefs, the city itself is under the protection of the Coral Guards, the Navirian police and military force, who work hard to keep the islands safe from monster attacks while also enforcing law and order.
